Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY

A delivery charge will be added to your order value.

We try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence. We offer a fixed-price delivery fee, or free delivery for UK orders over £200.

Standard UK, Europe and Scandinavia Delivery: £6.95 or FREE with orders over £200 (UK only)
Rest of World Delivery: £25.00

We deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public holidays).

The Delivery Courier may ask for a signature on delivery.

For goods delivered outside the UK, you will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch by emailing us at customer-service@creamtowhite.com and let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we’ll do our best to help you.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will notify you by email. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Cream to White of Scotland either by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s Credit / Debit Card within 28 days.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Product Care Information and specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

Please note that if you return an item, this will be at your own cost. The returned goods must be in new, unused, and unworn condition and in its original packaging.

Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, Cream to White of Scotland reserve the right not to accept the return.

Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.
